> Here is the interview with Mrs. Elisabetta Sabia, a real estate professional who has been present for over 10 years in the splendid town of Capaccio-Paestum. Since 2020 she has chosen to join the Grimaldi Family Real Estate Network, we asked her the reasons that led her to this choice.
> Ms. Sabia, you are present with your Real Estate Agency in the splendid town of Capaccio-Paestum. Can you tell us when you decided to start this business?
I decided to start this business several years ago partly by chance and partly because I was fascinated by this job. I honestly never thought it could become so important and rewarding for me. At the end of 2020 you decided to join the L'immobiliare.com network.
> Coming from a real estate franchise experience, can you tell us what prompted you to make this choice?
In 2020 I joined the L'immobiliare.com network because I believe it is an excellent, well-known and reliable brand. I immediately had the opportunity to collaborate with highly experienced Real Estate Agent colleagues throughout the country. I also appreciated the numerous services made available to the Agencies in the circuit, such as Training and the numerous activities that are periodically promoted on the Social Channels to give greater visibility to the brand and to the local real estate agencies.
> How has the structure of your agency and consequently your activity as a real estate agent evolved over the years?
Over the years there have been changes, also marked by the crises that our sector has gone through. With method, seriousness and determination, I have always tried to look ahead by acquiring new skills that have made my agency grow significantly in terms of work. Even today, thanks to the training services offered by L'immobiliare.com, I can keep myself constantly informed and updated by participating in the Technical Webinars held by professionals such as Notaries, Engineers and Accountants. For my personal growth in the group, I gladly participate in the live events organized by the Network; for example, I was recently in Rome where I had the opportunity to meet L'immobiliare.com colleagues from all over Italy, a useful opportunity for discussion, for new ideas and new business opportunities.
> How is the trend of the real estate market in your area and how has it changed in the last two years?
Today the real estate market in this area is still a bit slow, as it is a predominantly tourist area that is still affected by the pandemic. Furthermore, we have recorded a significant change in the needs of customers who today are mainly looking for housing solutions with outdoor spaces, while the requests for condominium homes have decreased. However, I am sure that the market will soon find a new splendor in this area, an area full of charm and history that attracts thousands of tourists from all over the world every year. We must be optimistic!
